As an established restaurant and bar consultant, and having worked in the kitchen, front-of-house, and managed many great restaurants, Clayton has helped many different food & beverage concepts open as a new business. He also has experience in fixing unique elements of older restaurant businesses. As he is good at concept development, new or rebranding an older business concept, product development, and pushing new exciting marketing ideas and directions, Clayton has become known as "The Fixer" for many restaurateurs.
