2. Digging In

Review your existing operating materials, sales mix, recipes, profit and loss statements, marketing strategy to understand your current status and guest reviews (online and in-house).

4. Analysis

Upon the conclusion of the visit, provide a debrief of initial findings, discussing strategies to improve your operations and overall performance.

6. Review the Results

Make revisions if needed.
